Shovel
Before
The used shovel has an old, peeling paint layer. At those locations, pitting occurs.
Treatment
The first step was to clean and disassemble the shovel. Then the surface ware derusted. In the painting cabinet, the shovel was covered up and painted in a 3-layer system.
Result
After the treatment, a protective layer was applied. It is of high importance that new trailers are treated very carefully from the moment the leave the factory. A good surface treatment is essential.
