Sandblasting

Sandblasting is an efficient way to remove corrosion and other contaminations from a metal subject, or better: to prevent it. It is a mechanical (pre)treatment and therefore also more environmentally friendly than treatment with chemicals.

Metallizing

On constructions and tools of which the paintwork can quickly and/or easily be damaged, the steel comes into direct contact with the atmosphere, such as oxygen, water, etc. As a result, the material can start to oxidize. To prevent this, an intermediate treatment – such as metallizing – can offer a cathodic protection of the steel.

Painting

It is of high importance that a part is given a paint layer. This important for both the design and for surface protection. A good painting system with the right pre-treatment protects the part against oxidation, elongating its lifetime.

We are EN 1090 and NEN-EN-ISO 9001:2008 certified. To ensure quality, we work with the ISO 12944 coating specification. Painting quality can be preserved up to C5-M / CX, which can – if desired – be accompanied by a quality report, approved by an NACE inspector.
