Before
The crane had a bad paint layer. Because the paint layer had started peeling, the crane rusted on visible areas and critical parts of the chassis
Treatment
The existing good paint layer is sanded mechanically. The bad paint layer is derusted. Afterwards, the crane is painted in epoxy. After painting, the crane is primed and sanded to obtain a smooth surface. The last treatment was painting 2k polyurethane and clear coat layers.
Result
The result is a crane looking great in detail. Spots that used to rust, now have a good, protective and good-looking paint layer.
