Project fairground ride
Before
One of our regular customers is a manufacturer of fairground rides. We unburden them when it comes to surface treatments, regarding both metal protection and design. Treatment of the parts is comparable with a C4 system according to ISO 12944.
Treatment
Before the process, parts that cannot be treated are covered up. The parts are then blasted (Sa 2,5) and painted in zinc epoxy, epoxy filler and polyurethane.
Result
The treatments resulted in a machine that is protected against rust. To ensure quality, measurements were performed and processed into a report.
