Project actuators
Before
Kamphuis Nijverdal has a lot of experience with painting actuators. Many of these actuators are used on ships or oil platforms. An object that comes into contact with an extremely salt atmosphere and aggressive materials is classified as a C5-M or CX system, according to ISO 12944.
Treatment
We treated many of these actuators with systems up to CX. Depending on the application, we performed several inspections and measurements. This data is processed into reports. Many of these actuators have also been checked by external NACE inspectors (level 1, 2 or 3).
Result
Through the years, we treated actuators of varying sizes that are now protected in extreme surroundings and conditions. The actuators had weights from 20kg to 8 ton.
