New trailers
Before
Kamphuis Nijverdal has a couple of regular customers in body and trailer manufacturing. New trailers regularly arrive at us, needing surface treatment. The surface is untreated steel, often with mill scale.
Treatment
Before giving the trailers a surface treatment, we like to think along in our customer’s process. We frequently discuss quality with our customers, but also suitability of coatings for the object. Trailers are extensively blasted, (optionally) metallized and painted. During these treatments, various measurements are performed in order to create a quality report.
Result
After the treatment, a protective layer is applied on the trailer. It is of high importance that new trailers are treated very carefully from the moment they leave the factory. A good surface treatment is essential.
